Organizational Charting & Workforce Management Seminar
I was fortunate to have the time to attend Aquire's recent user conference here in Dallas and must say that I learned a lot. Aquire offers org charting software and workforce planning software.
HR is a very vital instrument in the profitability of any company and must be managed in an effective manner where you are able to visually map out your organziation and make plans for the future. Most companies do not take the time to have a succession plan for their aging workers, but doing so can save time and money when your older employees enter retirement.
Overall I learned a lot from the conference about proper HR implementation and the software systems that are available to manage your workforce. If you are using SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle HR systems, I suggest checking out the solutions that Aquire offers to take your HR management to the next level.

I came across your article while seeing other bloggers who talk about SAP. I'm a FICO guy myself and even though this is an HR post, I wanted to put in a plug for a company down there in the Big-D that offers a great upload system for GL entries. It is ZOption.
