Google Rolling Out PageRank Update
I just noticed yesterday afternoon that Google is rolling out an update to the publicly displayed Page Rank value that can be seen in the Google toolbar.
This blog had previoulsy been showing a public PR of 3. Now, this site is showing a much nicer PR5. Of course, you must remember that this does not mean that my blog was not a PR5 in the eyes of Google a week ago, they calculate the PageRank on an almost daily basis but they only share this info with the public by publishing the data in the toolbar every 2-3 months.
Search Engine Roundtable has some info about the update as well and it looks like there may be some reporting errors on this latest update. The one thing I saw that made me feel good was that many people are seeing their PR drop whereas I saw mine go up!

How far behind is the pagerank update? I know they are working on the current one now. What time frame is this pagerank going to cover?
